See if, via Cubasis, you can configure your Edirol USB interface's 'out' to carry 'through/out'. (The controller's signal needs to be passed as midi through.)

: I have a midi controller keyboard connected to my laptop via an Edirol USB interface. When I press keys down, midi goes in (red meter in Cubasis registers IN) but midi out stays silent. However, if I record into cubasis first, it will play back with midi out working.
: The problem only seems to be with Cubasis because I have tried sibelius and other sequencers and I can hear what I play on the keyboard. I have played around with options etc to no avail. Any suggestions?
