Pretec Flash RAM Cards - Do they work with QS?

I have a QSR and I'm going to buy a Flash RAM card.
Do the Pretec Flash RAM Cards work with QSR?
If not, where can I buy a compatible Flash RAM card?
(It seems Marshall does not ship outside US)
