My Emu Proteus keyboard is dying and I'm seriously looking at the QS6.1 as a replacement. I already have many of the same programs in my S4+ module so I need to know about some of the master controller features of the 6.1 that I can't find in the reviews etc. I know that a cool thing is that the board can split or layer for each midi channel and that internal/external zones can be chosen(enabled or disabled) etc. My question is- can bank change, program change and continuous controller messages be sent for each keyboard/midi ch. zone in a mix? I assume they are sent when a mix is called up, right? Any other tidbits of info as to master functions would be appreciated. Thanks!
