If you only need to trigger one sound, its easy.
Go to Edit, Global, Keyboard Mode, then Out 1, to trigger midi channel 1, Out 2 etc etc.
If you need to trigger many channels, you probably need to setup a mix with blank sounds, defining the key range in the qs so that different regions transmit at different channels I suppose.. never tried it. There's probably an easier way.
