I'm not sure how the QS6/6.1 is designed, but my QS8.1 has a tendancy to rattle and vibrate a bit at some frequencies with certain patches. I'm almost possitive it's just picking up a resinating frequency in the construction of your unit (unless you're board is actually alive and is just jumping when you hit a key), but my guess is that you already know that.
My advice is, try moving your speaker cabinet(s) to a different place in the room. Or really, just don't worry about it, when you're performing live it will be in a totally different setting, and if you're recording, than most likely you're going to bypass the speaker(s) completely.
