I own a qs6 so I can't comment on the piano sounds (they are different) and pretty crappy so I've never bothered with them.

Is there an LFO, or an effect applied to the sound? Probably not the case, since you only see specific keys.

Maybe a beat frequency between different layers. Try turning off the parts are checking one at a time to see if you still see the problem. Try tuning (or detuning) one with respect to the other.

However, since you say the problem doesn't follow one you transpose it, it may be something like a false trigger on the aftertouch. This looks like something specific to the key itself. if you press hard on the keys (to trigger the aftertouch), do you hear something similar.

Bad loops on some notes are not uncommon in piano patches in synths. Any keyboard mag review where the guy analyzes the piano samples in detail there's always come comment about this.

My suggestion? Be specific with the problem and someone can try to duplicate it in their instrument. I can't offer for the reasons I stated above.
