Yeah, my card took a long time to get here, too. I sent in the card well before Christmas, and it only came a few weeks ago. Considering it's coming for free, I don't think that's actually half bad. I actually started calling Alesis and going through basically what you did, but after leaving one voicemail I decided not to bother. But, most customer support is like that, and especially if it's about something that we're getting for free. If I had to go through their tech support again, I would probably try to use e-mail, like you did-- e-mails are probably harder to "lose" than voicemail.
