I'm afraid it's not so simple. You can either get an editor program to access all the available parameters
from your computer, or live with some limitations. The best you can do is to assign your controllers A-D to
an unused CC# (I use CC# 15-18). You can then add these to Cakewalk's faders view.
Once it's done, you'll be able to control whatever is assigned to these controllers in the
preset programs. When you write your own patches, dig into the modulation matrix part of the
manual, and see how you can use these four controllers as modulation source for customized
real-time tweaking. It'll take some experimenting, but once you figure it out, it's fun.
