Not that I'm aware of. 61 key synths all have a synth\organ type action.Most 76 key boards do as well.You might try a Kurzweil PC2. It may have more weight to it than others but generally you need to get into 88 note controller\keyboards to get hammer action.The reason is that this type of action is usually only desired by pianists who want all 88 keys anyway.
