: Hi there I just got my QS8 and I've got a few problems. First of all the pitch wheel. I don't know what's going on with it, when I try to bend a note it sounds like can't reach a whole step but it reaches over half step ( pretty confuse ) . Then another problem is the MIX, it just doesn't work, I mean everything in the screen seems normal but I can't hear anything. And the last but not the least is MIDI conection. I tried to conect another keyboard in the MID in but it didn't work and neither did the oposite.
: Thanks

Try resetting the instrument. Hold down buttons 0 and 3 on the bottom row as you turn it on. Other combinations will get
you into test modes.

The range of the pitch wheel is configurable. Check the manual. Your half step sounds like it is acting

Make sure that your midi is set to midi, not serial. This is in the global edit section. If
this is not the problem there are other options to make the instrument respond to
or ignore midi (by channel even). IO think resetting the instrument resets these.
However, given that neither in nor out is working I would expect you have the midi
configured to serial.
