The S4 and the old QS sounds are pretty much the same, but the S4 or S4 plus are
different from the QS Plus Piano. The S4 plus has more GM type of sounds, while the
QS Plus has more of the piano sounds added.
: More of a comment than a question, but I have had a QS sound module for quite a while, and recently obtained a QS Piano. Much to my surprise, not all the patches are the same! Some are slightly different, while others are entirely different.
: Also, it seems, to my ears anyway, that the effects patches are not the same either.
