Yes, they declared bankruptcy, and got bought by the president of Numark (DJ equip and such). They are having a hard time shipping stuff apparently, but they should be on their feet soon.
Too bad, since they were good synths. I've had my qs6 for about 5 years, and except for a minor problem with the display, works like a charm. I'm actually selling it, but due to a move and I can't take it with me. I'm actually planning to pick up a qsr, since I still use the synth a lot (and I have 3 qcards), and I like it.
