Thanks for the reply! I assumed that my sound card would be able to generate those sounds. The setup you are referring to will work much better. I will run the 8 in stereo through my mixer. Thanks again for the help!

: You won't ever get the preset sound outputs on your PC speakers unless you run the audio out from your QS to audio in on your sound card and "monitor" it through your recording environment. The soundcard doesn't have the hardware on board to create QS type sounds - you would need a software synthesizer to do that - I don't believe one is available that does QS patches....I use a mixer and run my QS out to two channels(stereo panned) and run the audio out from my PC to two other channels on the mixer and run the mixer out to a common stero amp to a set of common speakers.
