: Hello to all, I would like to know how to transfer my sounds from my Qcards (i.e vintage, hiphop..) to PC via the S4+. What I would like to do is only select the sounds from both cards I really need, then load them back into my S4+ module user banks. I noticed there are only MIDI connectors on the S4+ and no serial connector. How can I do this, using Soundbridge since I have no flash RAM cards. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!! also, what kind of interface/cable do I need?
: Thanks for the help

I'm afraid you're going to have a tough time doing this ,if at all. The Q-card contains sample data as well as programs and mixes. The Midi I\O from the "store" function only transfers Program and Mix parameter data. Soundbridge burns new sample data onto a Flash ram card. You would need to somehow get Soundbridge to work in reverse to import the sample data, then re-burn it to a flash card. In any case you cannot get the new sample data into the user bank. You can however, transfer the program or mix parameters from the Q-card to the user bank using the "store" function. But the card must still be inserted into the S4+ for the programs to sound right. Otherwise the program will use whatever sample data is in its place, either from another Q-card or from the onboard sample ROM. Why do you want to do this? Is it so you can use the best of one card while also using another?
