: Other than making mechanical modifications, the only adjustment on the pedal is the sensitivity attenuation on the side. However you could use the tracking generator (TG) in the QS to change the way it responds to the pedal. With the TG you can turn a linear response into anything you want. Let me know if you don't know how to do this.

: : I use the recommended Boss EV-5 "expression pedal" for volume control. It's too tight, right around the middle of its range. Is there a way to make it a smoother transition from low to high volume?

I experienced this problem as well. There is no calibration parameter in software for Bend, Mod wheel, Pedal, etc.,as on other synths. It took me a while but I got better at using the pedal with it's very small range. But this idea of using the Tracking Generator sounds interesting. I'd like to know more. Question: Will this setting also affect the way that midi controller data for the pedal is sent to modules?
