My new 7.1 works fine with midi cables but the serial port doesn't seem to send or recieve midi. I Switched the back panel switch to mac and set the synth to mac via the edit buttons. Nothing.
Has anyone had this problem? Mac 7600 w/g3 card, Cubase 4.1. OS 8.1, and I do not use oms or midipatchbay or midimanager. anyone???
