QS8 demo fires when playing MIDI files

I have my QS8 connected via the MIDI port. Whenever I play any MIDI file from the computer, the QS8 plays the stupid demo song instead. I had this figured out before, but I recently rebuilt my computer and I can't remember what to set on the QS8.
