That sounds like it's got possibilities... but being new to all of this, I'm rather MIDI challenged. I try what you described, but I have to admit to getting a bit confused the further I get into it. I'm sure I'll have a better grasp on this as the weeks go by... but for now, could I get you to describe the process a bit more?

I have good selection of programs I want to user in my USER bank now. But exactly which controllers for each program do I assign reverb and chorus and how? (so they respond to adjustments from Cakewalk)

Thanks a million for your help!

: There's indeed another way to go, which is also the one I use but it will give you a lot of work (nevertheless, once done it's over).

: The Mix mode uses the programs, and each program has different assignments for the 4 sliders. You can assign reverb, Fx sends etc for each slider and that's probably the way to go. The trouble is that you can only edit and store the programs in the user bank, meaning you would have to:

: 1. Copy the necessary programs to your user bank
: 2. Assign the sliders for FX/Reverb/etc control
: 3. Pick these new programs and put it in your mix

: On the other hand, be sure about which of the programs is the FX channel for your mix, so that you can get what you really want.

: If you think it could help you, just email me at: in2existence@hotmail.com.
