You can't do it with serial. The qs only allows midi output to another midi device when using the serial. I do sync Sonar to my br532 and sonar will sync it automatically, but it's tricky.

I have the QS8 serial out connected to the joystick in on my computer. I'm trying to use the BR8 as a master to control the cakewalk program. I've tried midi, mmc, mtc, 25, 30n, and 30d, and none of them will work. Any suggestions?
