I replaced my qs6 one a few years ago... it's actually not that hard. I think I got it from Alesis for around $35 at the time. Just try to buy the part and do it yourself. Just harass the hell out of them until you get it.
If you open up the keyboard, the panel comes right off, there's a connector to the main board that you have to disconnect, then put the new one. There might be a tab of epoxy to hold the connector down, but you should be able to pry that off gently with a small screwdriver. good luck.
