What is your setting for keyboard mode? OUT01-OOUT16, Normal, solo?

: 2)Press the Page button to go to Channel 4

: 6)Press Bank to try and go to a new bank, Sound OFF again, back to step 3
: The sound immediately turns off if the BANK button is pressed.
: HOWEVER, if I move the cursor down to channels 1 or 2... they always work, can change bank without a problem.
: RESETTING 0+3 is not a solution.
: This is driving me nuts...this is direct from page 17 of the "qs6 reference manual"
