Problem with QS4 module

Hello friends - just bought a QS4 module off of EBAY and have run into a bit of a problem. When turning on the module and trying to scroll through the Program sounds I get an error message that says - Address Error. I can't seem to find anything about this error in the manual or how to re-set the module to its factory settings. I did manage to get the demo to play but can't seem to get any sounds other than that.

I'm new to the Alesis modules so please forgive my ignorance of how they operate. I am reading through the manual but thought someone here might be able to help.
