I believe that any ev-5 type pedal should work with the QS8. The keyboard senses whether or not the pedal is normal "on" or "off" when you turn it on. It assumes that, when you turn the keyboard on, the pedal is supposed to be "off" so that when you push it during normal playing it will sustain. Because of this, I believe that any momentary pedal will work.
