I'm using my QS8 just fine with the sound blaster
midi ports under Red Hat Linux 5, but I was thinking
if trying a midi cable.
I assume it's just straight midi bytes being sent
over the serial port, so it should be quite
straightforward.
Do I just need to make a simlink from /dev/midi01
to /dev/cua1 (for com1) or will I need to find or
write a device driver?
Anyone tried this?
