I have a laptop (IPC Open Note) that use to have a functional
soundcard souncard (ess es 1688) but I have had software
conflicts ever since I reinstalled Windows.
    Question:
    1) do I need a functional soundcard to hook up my QS8 to
    the computer?
    2) Can I use my QS8 keyboard to act as a soundcard, I mean
to listen to online radio stations and open .wav files
and all the other stuff that a soundcard allow (including
sending my voice thru internet phone software?

Sorry if this is a bad question. I don't know that much about computers or keyboards yet.
