Very loud note -QS8

Hi, I have one note on my QS8(D2) that plays quite alot
louder than all the others given the same amount of force
no matter what program or mix it is.Just wondering if this
is an easy fix and how i may have caused it to happen,since
it wasnt like that when I bought it. Any ideas?
