How to play samples stored in my PC with QS 8

I own a QS 8 and a PC with Soundcard. How can I directly play samples with my QS 8 which I e.g. downloaded from the Internet into my PC (i.e. without using a flsh-ram-card or anything).
Basically and eventually my question is : How can I use my PC as a sampler and play it with my QS 8 ?
