Simple answer: you can't.
You first have to transfer the sample to a RAM card in the QS and then play it there.
It's physically impossible because the transfer rate needed for playing a CD quality sample (approx. 150 kB/sek in stereo) exceeds the transfer rate of the MIDI cable (approx 4 ? KB/sek) many times. The QS doesn't provide a function to do this, you need a soundcard.
