Hi Julius,

Maybe your QS is switched to CHAN SOLO. This means that he will play only the channel that was selected last.
Go to GLOBAL menu and set the switch NORMAL / CHAN SOLO / OUT1 / OUT2... to NORMAL.
I guess that your QS will work fine now.

If it doesn't, try a PRESET MIX (from the ROM PRESET banks, not the user banks).
If they don't work as they should, this looks like trouble.

Perform a soft reset then(hold down the right buttons and power on - see manual (one of the last pages for the QS7/8 at least), but don't forget to put the MOD wheel to zero before.

If the ROM presets work, but not the user mixes, it is possible that the memory has been warped.
Simply enabling channel 2-15 won't work then if other settings have been garbled, too. (like key range, volume, output,....)
If you really want to correct them in THIS case, you're in for a lot of work. But I hope that it's just the global setting...
Better download the original user presets or a backup you've made before (you did, didn't you?)

One other thing: You may be able to adjust your QS to 220 V or 110 V internally. (Maybe, never opened one of these things, I just guess)
Many transformers have a split primary coil, so that you can switch voltage by re-soldering one of the wires leading from the power jack to the transformer in your QS. But don't try if you don't know exactly what you're doing, trial and error might blow a fuse or more if you're unlucky...

PS: Did you get that ASYLUM kit?
