I Felt 'saucy', so I picked-up the Hip-Hop and Euro Dance.
Hip-hop has A TON of low-fi loops. If you don't have a sampler, and you're looking for loops, this is the card to have.
Eurodance has alot of cool stuff. In particular, they have put alot of thought into the (Q7) slider controls. You can really shape the sounds - flexible. Also cool are Analogs with special mod-wheel effects. I would definitely try them out to see if they suit you.
I would probably pick Eurodance over Hip-Hop for the sounds, but again, if it's loops you're looking for, get Hip-Hop.
