This is normal. To the QS, a drumkit is a multisample, just like the piano, and when you transpose the instrument, it tries to pick the sample that will have the least artifacts of transposition. That gives you the nicest tone on pitched instruments but it messes up the mapping on drums.
One workaround is to make a drum patch that shifts the pitch the same amount in the opposite direction.
