At least for the PC, there is some General MIDI players, which allow to write to a WAV-file. This means: General MIDI in -> WAV out. You have to export your Cubasis file as a 'standard midi file' then.
If you have included audio sequences (really recorded audio), then it will be somewhat more complicated.
One possible way might be to convert the MIDI to one audio file in the mentioned way and mix all the audio clips together to another file. Then mix them gogether to one complete WAV-file.
But this does not only sound complicated...
