I have a QS7 connected to my Mac and had this same
problem: the QS7 would receive MIDI ok, but would
generate a continuous stream of MIDI out messages.
The problem turned out to be that I had both the
MIDI manager and OMS installed at the same time,
and there was a bad interaction and the QS7 got
confused. Removing the MIDI manager got rid of the
problem.
