: Is anyone having complete sucess loading multi-samples with fine tunings to a flash ram card?
: The best that I can tell the fine (percentage of a half tone step) tunings are being ignored during playback in a QS6.
: I have tried saving the tunings at the wave level and at the layer level to no avail.

I believe the SoundBrige documentation states that it MIGHT support re-tuning samples in a later version. The main reason I bought my QS6.1 was to import five specific .wav files, set them up on 5 different keys, and use the rest of the keyboard for a synth-sound. I was worried, since the soundbridge stuff said you couldn't modify the root note, that I wouldn't be able to get it to work.

So, basically, I have 5 samples that are all in tune at middle C... When I map them to different keys, they are off pitch (or the spoken samples are sped up/slowed down, whatever). To fix it, I edited the PITCH settings and transposed everything relative to where I'd moved it on the keyboard and it all works...

In other words -- do your fine tuning with the keyboard instead of with your wave tools.
