Thanks to everyone for their comments! I decided on the QuikLok WS550 and ordered it along with the accessory bar and music stand. The bar and stand are BO'ed but I set up the WS550 yesterday and it seems like a good choice. Quite sturdy even without the bar, good support for the QS8 from end to end, and very stable on carpet. Thanks again!
