If all you want is to back up the bank, this works fine in Unisyn. Just do from the menus midi->get bank, then "file->save as" and set the type to .syx for sysex or .ubk for Unisyn specific, though the Unisyn format is different on Macs and PC's. The bank will be all the programs and mixes in the user bank.
