I had a very good experience with BPM Music. I called on a QSR at 499 plus free ground shipping asked them a few questions and got the answers I needed and charged it later that afternoon. I bought a serial cable also for 10$ (that I havent found locally for under 23$) they shipped it out and sent me a tracking number later that night and got it on time. I usually deal with sweetwater on all my equipment but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I havent had to call them on any support issues but the guy seemed knowledgeable about his equipment. From the sound of it, it may be a one man show at BPM (it maybe one guy its doing the internet sales and there are other staff on the sales floor or whatever) but i'd shop there again.
