Ok, I proveed what everyone else here probably knew before I tried it, but What the heck it was worth a shot. I made a direct cable connection using my own 15 pin D shell and two female MIDI conenctors, to the Game/midi port on an AWE64 to my Boards, Guess what?? it don't work :-). But just the same it was worth a shot anyway.
I've contacted BPM music and they are shipping me the proper stuff to hook up, it was like some of you told me, $9.50 for the serial cable for the QS6 and 13 or so for the MID adapter. not too bad.
