I haven't run into a synth that does. I think all of them are made in that kind of way. My guess is to record in program mode digitally and have a sequencer or tape player play it back when you play live. You can see this in band's like Depeche Mode and Erasure. Erasure uses a ton of synths. Depeche Mode uses samplers mainly along with some kind of tape player. I'd like to find a keyboard also that let's you be in Multitimbral mode and have sixteen different effects (so each program sounds like it should).
