You bet. I use an S4+ and get decent B3's so you should be able to as well.Some of the factory organs are pretty good, but if you don't like them they are still a good place to start editing. Try assigning different registers to the four voices, such as 8',4',2',etc. and use the sliders to control the respective volume levels by assigning controller #7 to them. This will give you a pretty cool drawbar simulation. Be sure to route all through the Leslie configuration in the effects section.
