: I happen to own a S4+ but don't have much info on the quadrasynth piano plus. I will say the best thing about it is the PCMCIA slot which allows you to download your own samples from a Mac/PC? using the free software soundbridge. I have two rewritable 8Meg cards that I use.Thanks.

Chad, The Quadra-Plus Piano has the same synth engine as the S4+. The only difference being in the ROM implementation. The Quadra-Plus has the 8meg stereo piano for a total of 24megs of ROM, whereas the S4+ has an improved GM sound set for a total of 20megs of ROM. The previous versions of both had 16megs of ROM. Both plus upgrades offer new and improved programming functions etc.The only other differences between the Quadra and S4+ are the keyboard and its related functions as a controller.
