Depends on who you take it to, but it is an easy fix.
The impregnated rubber bottom of the button has worn and left deposits on the
circuit board below. Cleaning the circuit board with technical isopropyl alcohol
(even rubbing alcohol will work) and a cotton swab will fix the problem.
This problem tends to recur, but if you try be light on the button, rather than
heavy handed, it will last a long time.
I don't recommend trying to fix it yourself unless you have electronics repair experience,
and even then, dismantling a hammer action keyboard might offer some unwelcome surprises.
