Soundblaster live&Roland jv90

Hi all,
this is probably a very basic question:

is it possible to use the internal sounds of the JV90 in a sequencer program like Cakewalk pro9 together with a SB live value? i have tried but failed so far. I can only use the Rolan as a controller for the SB internal synth sounds...this sucks as i have my favourite sounds on the Roland. Does anyone have any advice?
