control Wav files from a MIDI keyboard

Hi there!
Is there a sequencer (prefferably friendly) that will allow me to assign .wav files to tracks and play the sequence live from my midi keyboard? I mean, can i use samples instead of midi instruments? I don't want to just edit ready loops or samples, i want to play e.g. a guitar sample from my keyboard..
