: Hmm - there's no reason why some should be capable of going louder than others. Apart from checking that the velocity of each note is also set to 127, the only other thing you could check is Controller 11 (expression) which does something similar to Controller 7. Not often used, though; but try setting that to 127 as well.
WHere can I find controller 7 and 11 using windows 98 montego bay
