help: looking for a sound

i have been looking and looking for this electronic high pitch sound. i do not know what it is to be able to download it. i have heard it on dr.dre- deez nuts(in the chorus). i have heard it in many other songs 2 like madonna and so on.
ANY IDEAS?????????
