I'm having the same problem. I've got Cakewalk Pro Audio 9 and a Roland XV2020 synth module. All that seems to respond is the general midi. There's got to be a way to access the 512 other midi sounds in that module?!
If you find an answer let me know, and I'll do likewise
: Here is my set-up:
: XP
: Cakewalk Home Studio 2002
: 1.6 Pentium 4
: 256 ram
: Midiman Uno (USB)
: SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio Sound (Dell)
: I have tried for one month to record ANY sounds from my Alesis QS6.1 other than the General Midi sounds and I cannot do it! I have read the manuals for my keyboard AND Cakewalk, searched the Internet, and tried every conceivable configuration to no avail...Someone please help me...soon.
: Thanks,
: JD
