GM/XG/XF format able to burn on cd?

Hello
the following questions might seem quite stupid, but I don't have a clue concerning MIDI files, so please forgive me..
Is it possible to burn a MIDI file which is in the GM or XG/XF format on cd(instead of using a keyboard). And/or is there a way (..free software) to convert those formats into a format which can be read
by the burning software/by the CD player(in the perfect case into WMA).
I hope I did express myself understandable.
