All you need is a MIDI sequencer program. You can download the MIDI file from the
Classical MIDI Connection, and simply mute the choral parts (or any parts you want to practice).
That's one of the many advantages of MIDI. You can also slow down or speed up the
play without changing the pitch, transpose the piece to any key you like,
print out the score, and more. None of these can be done with audio recording.
