i need to convert a music CD to MIDI! Can somebody help?

I am working on a website on Geocities, and unfortunatley i can only upload MIDI or MID files. I'm looking now for months for a Midi convertor or somenthing like that (i'm not even shure what i shall look for!) I need somenthing that more or less works as a CD ripper and MP3 Encoder, but then for MIDI's.Is there hope for me?
